Bubble Bottom-Card Glimpse

This glimpse, in which the bottom card of the deck is bowed concavely to permit the sighting of the inner index of the card, is commonly believed to have been developed by card cheats. Victor Farelli shares this opinion and offered an early description of the sleight to magicians in Farelli's Card Magic, Part Two, 1933, p. 73.
