Ed Marlo published “No Palm Aces to Pocket,” utilizing the Master Move for the transfer in Amazing, Isn't It?, 1941, p. 9.

Neal Elias got rid of the deck and transferred a purely palmed card in “On the Card to the Pocket” in his At The Table Tricks, 1946, p. 4.
