Jon Racherbaumer, in his trick "Almost Making It" in //The Hierophant//, No. 4, June 1970, p. 213, mentions the Jennings article in the May //Genii//, and makes no claim for Marlo concerning this application of the Erdnase break, aside from noting that Jennings holds the break with the right third finger, and that Marlo prefers to use the fourth finger. Richard Kaufman credits Vernon with the idea. Since Richard was close to Larry, it is likely he found out from him that the idea came from the Professor.
